Hi, I'm Taylor! Born and raised in Barbados, the Caribbean is home to me. A few years ago, I watched my best friend plan her own destination wedding here, and somewhere along the way she became her guest list's unofficial travel agent, juggling flights, hotels, and endless questions on top of planning her own wedding. I saw the gap and decided to fill it.
Now I partner with wedding planners across the Caribbean, handling room blocks, accommodation, and travel logistics like flights and island experiences for couples and their guests.

- Track every confirmation and follow up on anything outstanding until your group arrives

"I knew within the first two minutes of chatting with Taylor that we were going to be really good friends, haha! She has the most vivacious, infectious energy and you can just tell she genuinely loves the Caribbean and wants everyone to love it just as much as she does. She coordinated our room block at Malliouhana and even helped a few guests who wanted something a little bougier (haha!). But honestly, beyond all the logistics, she was just such a soothing person to have in your corner during such a stressful time. At one point I was genuinely worried about the weather forecast and Taylor just said, worst case this turns into a wet fete, which I had never heard before! Apparently Caribbean people will dance their hearts out in the rain and she made it sound like it would honestly be the most epic thing ever. Little moments like that made her absolutely invaluable.
